Lighting Control (Dynalite)
Collaborating closely with the client, we designed and implemented a centralised dimming system using Dynalite architecture. We selected phase-cut dimming for its broad fixture compatibility and smooth performance, creating a warm, adaptable atmosphere. The resulting system effortlessly transitions from intimate settings to larger gatherings, delivering a sophisticated lighting experience tailored to every occasion.
Shade Control
Automated shade control was implemented using Dynalite shade controllers, providing privacy, energy efficiency, and aesthetic enhancements. Integrated into the Dynalite system, pre-programmed schedules enable temperature and privacy management, offering tailored control over natural light and ventilation. This extended to motorised louvers at the front and rear of the property that allowed temperature control of the home by scheduling them to open/close at different parts of the day depending on season.
Network
Achieving reliable Wi-Fi coverage in this residence presented a challenge due to its high ceiling construction. We implemented an Araknis network architecture, chosen for its robust performance. Leveraging Araknis’s central management through OVRC integration streamlined control, programming, and troubleshooting, offering both powerful functionality and user-friendly operation, whether accessed locally or remotely. To ensure seamless wireless coverage, a comprehensive site survey and scan were conducted, optimising access point placement.
Security Alarm
Security was the client’s top priority, particularly given the recent rise in local break-ins. To deliver complete peace of mind, we engineered a comprehensive, multi-layered security system integrating high-definition surveillance, smart access doors and advanced motion sensors. Combined, these components create a robust, seamless defense network that allows the homeowners to monitor and protect their property effortlessly 24/7.

Project Brief
We designed and installed a complete 80A 3-phase electrical architecture across this two-level residence. The scope involved running 35mm² XLPE mains from the street to the Main Switchboard (MSB) in the garage, paired with a strategically placed sub-board. This structure balanced power and lighting circuits evenly across all phases, eliminating potential voltage drop over long cable runs and delivering reliable performance throughout the home.
